Hey​,​ I'm Julia! I’m a pediatric occupational therapist with 5+ years of experience helping little ones grow​,​ play​,​ and develop essential skills! I specialize in sensory processing​,​ motor development​,​ and early childhood milestones​,​ and I love supporting parents with practical strategies to make daily routines smoother. Through my business​,​ StrongStart OT​,​ I offer parent coaching​,​ play-based developmental classes​,​ and private-pay OT services (referral required) to help kids build confidence​,​ independence​,​ and regulation skills. My goal is to empower parents with knowledge while making learning fun and engaging for kids! When I’m not working with families​,​ you’ll find me lifting weights​,​ doing Pilates​,​ crocheting animals​,​ or spending time with my husband and our dog.
